If your online order is over $75 (including GST) we will ship your order free of charge if total order weight is under 3kg.
For all other orders, the below shipping fees will apply.

Your order will be delivered using Australia Post eParcel service.
Your order will be delivered to your address and may require a signature upon receipt. Please be sure to add all Unit/Flat and Business names as appropriate for your order. If no one will be home during business hours, we suggest that you provide a work address for delivery, as Australia Post may not leave parcels unattended. A delivery card will be left listing which nearby Australia Post outlet the parcel can be collected in person if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Please allow 2 WORKING days for order PROCESSING before dispatch of your order.
Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post working hours and vary depending on where you live. They may also be impacted by peak delivery periods and public holidays.

Victoria – 5 Business Days
New South Wales, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia & Queensland – 5 Business Days
Western Australia & Northern Territory – 7 Working Days

It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched Monday to Friday.
You will receive an email with an Australia Post Tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the Track and Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track/ by entering your tracking number.
Australia Post shall not carry what it considers as "Special Parcels" (Parcel that contains Exempted Dangerous Goods) to addresses with postcodes listed below:

What are your delivery methods?
Our delivery method is Australia Post's eParcel.
How long will my order take to get to me?
We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered ASAP Over 90 percent of orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed but please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post delivery times and vary depending on where you live.
Orders are shipped from Sydney and delivery times vary between states. On average, delivery days are between 1-8 working days after the order is dispatched.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
A signature is required upon delivery. Australia Post will leave a delivery card at your door to indicate they were there. You will then need to pick up the parcel at the post office stated on the card. If you are not available to sign for the parcel or to pick up from the post office, please arrange to send the parcel to an alternative address, such as your workplace.
