How long will my order take?
We aim to have your order ready within 2 hours.
Orders placed within 2 hours of store closing may be available the following day. If your order is urgent, please contact your store — we’ll do our best to assist.
What do I need to collect my order?
Please bring a valid photo ID and have your order number handy
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, they will need to provide a valid photo ID, your details and your order number. We may contact you to confirm the pickup.
Can I order prescriptions through Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is available for over-the-counter items only. For prescriptions, please order via Medadvisor or contact your local store.
Can my Click & Collect order be delivered instead?
Yes — simply select delivery at checkout.
If you’ve already placed your Click & Collect order and need delivery, please contact your store. Delivery availability and fees may vary by store.
Can I add items to my order after placing it?
Orders can’t be changed once submitted, but you’re welcome to purchase additional items in-store when collecting your order.
How long will my order be held?
Orders are held for 72 hours. After this, our team will contact you to arrange collection. If we don’t hear back, your order will be cancelled and refunded after 7 days.
Note:
Perishable items, food products or refrigerated items will be returned to stock if not collected within 72 hours unless a collection date has been provided.
